ACTIVITIES
Among other things, CBRC's daily activities as in its yearly plan include:
- Monitoring the Lindela Repatriation centres and other migrants detention in the aim to identify refugee and asylum seekers rights' violation and to ensure that necessary actions are taken
- Attending refugees and asylum seeker paralegal issues and to design proper referral to relevant organs.
- To liaise with relevant South African government officials and other interested institutions to ensure that refugee and asylum seekers issues are effectively and efficiently attended to.
- To proactively participate in events, conferences, workshops or meetings that interest the organization and communities it serves.
- To organize and conduct workshop and training which are essential for community mobilization.
